HOW TO CONSUME TELCERTIN AM TABLETS

Adhere to the advice of your doctor regarding the dosage and interval between subsequent dosages. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telecertin AM Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

HOW TELCERTIN AM TABLET WORKS

Telcertin AM Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Telmisartan and Amlodipine. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). Both constituents complement each other’s roles, thereby, helping with smooth blood circulation and healthy functioning of the heart.

Alcohol

Consumption of alcohol along with Telcertin AM tablets is unsafe and, hence, one must avoid.

Pregnancy

Telcertin AM Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Lactation

Telcertin AM Tablet may be unsafe to consume during lactation. However, limited research work suggests that the drug could lead to any significant risk to the baby or mother.

Driving

Telcertin AM Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
